Condition
1995 Last time engine was rebuilt completely; sleeves, pistons, everything but the short block & the crank was gone through. Harken #2 Roller furler is jammed at the top. Water, hand pump at the galley sink is not working. The knob is missing on the stove to adjust gas. The boat was painted with 4 coats barrier coat, Then double coated with antifouling just before coming to FL. The bottom only has about 6-month wear on it. There was a portside repair done above the water line.
