Southcentral Outboards recently bought out a Suzuki dealer who closed up after 30+ years of local business. Part of that purchase was six brand new Suzuki 4 stroke engines and this sale is for 1 of those. This is a DF 25 VOLT-Twin. The model number is DF25EK6 . It is a 2006 model engine, which was about the time the dealer closed. Please note that because Suzuki made very few changes to their 4 stroke line in the 2000’s, this engine is essentially the same as buying a brand new engine today, with the exception that it’s 1500-2000 dollars cheaper. This is a longshaft engine, meaning it’s for a 20″ transom. It is a tiller handle model, as you can see. Each engine comes with its own fuel tank, as shown, and it comes with the certificate of origin. If you are in a state that titles engines, the C of O is what you need to title this engine. Each of these engines was sitting for a long period of time in their respective crates.
